Jana is a West Knox resident who is a devoted Mom to her wonderful dog Skyline who she adopted as a 9 month old shelter puppy 2 years ago. When Skyline joined her family, she was a very anxious dog who had been previously abused and had a long way to go to come “out of her shell.” Since then Jana and Skyline have enjoyed agility class, dog walking groups, trips, and fun at the dog park together.

Needless to say, Jana has a special touch when working with dogs who need a little extra TLC, and loves them all unconditionally. She has recently added a new feline family member to her family, Rosa, who is also a rescue.  Outside of working for Waggy Tails, Jana is also a piano teacher that specializes in working with children and teens.
