Chuck is a long time Knoxville resident who understands that a pet can blur the lines between family and four-legged friend.  For Chuck, pets have always been a part of the family.

He has shared his life with multiple dogs over the years from smaller dogs, like his two rescue dogs, Barney and Oscar, to larger dogs during several generations of Golden Retrievers that joined his family.

Chucks shares that, “Before my mother passed away in the spring of 2006, she made it clear that her beloved Jack Russell, Maggie, was to be placed in my care.  This was mostly because they knew of the excellent care I gave Maggie when they traveled.  Maggie passed away a few years ago at age 17, but the memories are to be cherished.”

It is these priceless experiences — the joy of puppy breath, appreciating unconditional love, and the patience to care for an older pet — that comes in handy with Chuck’s clients and furry friends at Waggy Tails.
